Pardha Saradhi Uppala is a seasoned Product Leader with strong business acumen and technical expertise, gathered from 15 years of experience across Europe, America, and Asia. Currently, he is working as a Product Manager at Google, where he is responsible for product management. Before joining Google, Pardha worked as the Director of Product Management at ADP, where he led the Product Management of ADP DataCloud Data Analytics Platform. He designed HR Reporting bots that can create complex reports for HR practitioners to reduce phone contacts and enhanced the client onboarding experience by automating Product implementation processes and redesigning the Analytics product settings. He also automated Support Case Analysis using Natural Language Processing and executed Product Measurement Strategy to establish data-supported Product design and road-mapping. Pardha also served as the Head of Product Management at interface.ai, where he led the Product road mapping, Design & Agile Development of chatbots for prospects, customers as well as internal employees of financial institutions, across multiple languages. He built customer service AI Agents that facilitate Personal Financial Management, Product Discovery, Smart conversion, Interactive follow-up, cross-sell/up-sell, negotiation, and promotions, being disability-friendly. He also designed an NLP strategy to answer complex customer queries. Pardha holds a Dual Degree: Master of Science with Bachelor of Engineering (Hons.) in Mathematics and Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. He also completed his Intermediate in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry from Nalanda Junior College and Secondary School Certificate (X Class) in Telugu, English, Hindi, Science, Social Studies, Mathematics from Kennedy High School.
